General Questions
Is Naeris free?
Yes! Naeris offers a wide range of free features. Some advanced features might require a premium subscription in the future to cover hosting costs.
How do I change the prefix?
Naeris primarily uses Slash Commands (/). For legacy prefix commands, you can change the prefix through the Settings tab on the dashboard.
Why aren't slash commands showing up?
If you just invited the bot, it might take a few minutes for Discord to cache the commands. Try restarting your Discord client. If they still don't appear, ensure the bot has the Use Application Commands permission.
Modules
My music doesn't play!
Check if the bot has permission to Connect and Speak in your voice channel. Also, ensure the volume isn't set to 0 on the dashboard.
Automod is blocking everything!
You can tune the sensitivity of the AutoMod in the Dashboard under the Moderation section. You can also whitelist specific channels or roles.
How do I reset a user's XP?
You can use the /setxp command (if you have the required permissions) or manage users directly via the dashboard.
