Privacy

The full policy is on naerisbot.fr/privacy. Here is what it says, in short, and where each module stands.

What is stored

The Discord IDs of servers, members and channels, your settings, and what each feature needs to work: levels and XP, coins and inventories, warnings, notes and sanctions, reports, tickets and their transcripts, form answers, backups of your roles and channels, giveaways, reminders and profiles.

Messages

Naeris reads messages to run automod, logs, levels and commands, but doesn't keep your conversations. The exceptions:

• the message that triggered an automod rule, for 30 days: in the automod log channel, and on the dashboard to members who can manage messages;
• ticket transcripts and form answers;
• messages posted from the dashboard, and the text of suggestions and reminders;
• on servers that turn on the message logs, a copy of each message and its files (up to 10 MB) for 7 days, to show what an edited or deleted message held, in the log channel and on the dashboard to members who can manage messages.

Outside services

A few features send text to another service, only when they're used:

• translation by flag or /translate: Google Translate;
• the AI assistant, on servers that turn it on: Groq;
• /paste: sourcebin.

Nothing is sold or used for advertising.

Getting data deleted

Settings stay while Naeris is on your server. Records like sanctions and transcripts stay until a server admin deletes them, or until we do on request: ask on the support server to remove a server's data or your own. Under the GDPR you can access, correct or delete your data.
