Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains how Naeris collects and uses data.
1. Data Collection
Naeris collects the following data to provide its services:
- Server Data: Guild IDs, roles, and channel names for configuration purposes.
- User Data: User IDs, XP, balances, and warnings.
- Message Content: Temporarily processed by the AutoMod and Ticket systems (no long-term storage except for transcripts).
2. Data Usage
The collected data is used exclusively for:
- Providing the bot's features (Levels, Economy, Moderation).
- Allowing server administrators to manage their communities via the Dashboard.
3. Data Storage
All data is stored securely in our MongoDB database. Transcripts are stored as static HTML files and can be deleted upon request by a server administrator.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. We only interact with Discord and our official web dashboard.
5. User Rights
You have the right to request the deletion of your data. To do so, please join our Support Server and contact an administrator.
