AI & linked channels
Two ways to make channels talk: an AI that answers your members, and channels that pass messages between several servers.
AI assistant
Turn on Turn on the assistant and pick the Channels where it answers. Naeris then answers every message there, using the last dozen messages of the channel as context, so it follows the conversation. With Also answer when mentioned anywhere, members can call it in any channel by mentioning it.
- Its character: optional, a few words on its tone or role, like "a pirate who loves board games" or "the server's help desk, short answers".
- Tone: Polite stays friendly, even with someone rude. Comebacks answers insults and provocations with sarcasm, crude if need be, but never on origin, religion, gender, orientation, disability or looks, and never with threats.
- Model: GPT-OSS 120B is steady. Qwen 3.8 27B has more bite, especially in French, but a small quota per minute. When a model is out of quota, Naeris switches to the other one on its own, so members always get an answer.
The assistant answers in the language members write in. Answers are generated by an AI and can be wrong: don't make it the only source for your rules or your support.
Privacy
To write an answer, the messages of the channels where the assistant answers are sent to the AI provider (Groq). Nothing is sent from other channels. See the privacy policy.
Linked channels
Channels that share a Network code pass messages to each other, on any server. A message written in one shows up in all the others, under the author's name, avatar and server name, with up to 4 images or files. It works for partner servers, a shared "lobby" between communities, or the same community split across a French and an English server.
- Click Link a channel, pick the channel and New code (or type one: 6 to 32 lowercase letters, numbers or dashes).
- Give the same code to the admins of the other server. They link one of their channels with it.
Anyone who knows the code can join the network, so share it privately. To leave, remove the channel from the list.
What doesn't go through: invites to other servers, @everyone and @here pings, and messages your automod removes. A channel can relay one message every 1.5 seconds; faster messages stay local. Naeris needs Manage Webhooks in each linked channel.

Both are set up from the dashboard only.
